Grofft is the tallest inhabitant of the archipelago to such a degree that he can cross between islands without the need for a boat.

He accompanies the harbour master on occasional trips to the mainland to stock up on pipe tobacco and the saltiest Salmiakki he can find. He’s also very good at retrieving kites from trees, replacing tiles and fixing broken chimney pots during the autumn storms.
