Raphaëlle, of [up]rooted studio, is a French artist based in the UK. A graduate of Les Beaux-Arts, she works with a combination of locally foraged plant materials and carefully chosen wood. Her creations showcase the touch of the fine arts and the passion for traditional craftsmanship in contemporary woodwork and basketry. The making process is intentionally slow and meditative, a celebration of natural resources and sustainable craft.
